Marmorino 2020
Composed of lime and marble powders, Marmorino 2020 is the updated version of the classical Marmorino Veneziano, which dates back to Roman times. This Venetian plaster is a popular home choice, offering fantastic coverage to walls and other surfaces. The plaster creates uniform walls, making it suitable for traditional and modern homes in the UK.
This durable, luxurious product ensures interior walls are covered with first-class plaster. There are many colours to choose from, resulting in a high-quality polished finish. This beautiful product with marble grains offers subtle luxury wherever it's added.
Application
Marmorino plaster is applied with a trowel as two wet-on-wet coats, obtaining a smooth and homogeneous result in very short processing times. Ideal for large surfaces thanks to its fast application, Marmorino 2020 is smooth to the touch with a somewhat satin finish.
Colours
To choose the required colour, you must buy the colour pigment separately, as the base material is a natural white. In the Colour Charts, you will see the pigments identified by a two-letter code with four tone variations. These tones are made by adding the pigment in ratio to the base material. Click to see Formulas.
These formulas are simplified to enable you to mix the colour on-site and add as much as you need depending on how many kilos of base material you have and correspond to the Colour Charts.
You can enhance Marmarino 2020 by choosing from 36 colours, allowing your creativity to create a unique finish.
Additional Products
We recommend using a primer, such as the Creative Paint Primer Sabia, to provide good adhesion to the wall ready for Istinto. Finish it with Cera del Vecchio to deepen the colour, achieve further protection, and increase both sheen and water resistance. If you need further advice on these products, don't hesitate to get in touch.
